Hello Mr. House. I've been quite Disturbed by the effects of Sony's customer service qualities and ethics. The information that's being asked of Me no longer exists and I cannot provide it to the PlayStation network customer service. I've invested enough into the games that I play so dearly and enjoy in my online experiences on PlayStation Network. Recently a password reset was sent to an old Hotmail account which I no longer remember the information to as well. Now I can no longer reset the password for my Playstation network account due to an in accessibility to my Hotmail account which my PlayStation network is tied to. Every time I call customer service I am giving terrible customer service and lack of help or enthusiasm for my situation because I wish to keep my account and nothing has been done for me to help my situation and there's no other way I can verify myself in order to keep my account. I've talked to several supervisors all due to their code of policy which is there for them to follow has not been proven to help people who are true PlayStation customers and loyal to the PlayStation franchise all I simply ask for is to change my email associated with my PlayStation account so I can finally receive the password reset so I can continue playing online this is all I ask for sir I don't wish to create a new account because I have purchased a lot of games on the network please help me
