I have been a customer of Priceline for a long time. I have never felt taken advantage of until today. PLEASE have your people cancel my reservation made via your name your price hotel. I feel take by Priceline because I could have booked the same reservation directly with the hotel for $100 less than what I have to pay. I feel that your website falsely advertised what I was getting. I need help as your reps are not helping at all.
