Hello Mr. Jackson,
I live on St Thomas in the USVI. We were hit with 2 back to back hurricanes recently. My car suffered a lot of damage and I was unable to order my parts online and pick up at the store with a large discount like I did before the storm hit us. Even thou I didnt receive the discounts I normally get at your store, 4 employees helped me any way they could with my $1500 bill for parts and service. I would like to mention the 4 employees that went way over and above to help me get my car repaired over a 2 week period. Even today with generator and computer problems your store suffered, I waited for service to get my car aligned and I kept your customers outside waiting to go in hours after opening entertained. The 4 employees are Johnathan Ryan the service desk person, Paulette Harris a store stocker, Christopher Forte the mechanic who helped me the most and Sandra Richardson your friendliest cashier. These employees should be acknowledged for the great job they do for Advance Auto Parts; however, all your employees are excellent. I was a manager for the largest retail store on St Thomas that was totally destroyed by the 2 storms and I am now unemployed like many others here on the island. I know what it takes to have the customers to keep coming back to shop and that is great customer service. These employees is what makes your store number 1 on the island.
