I need to discuss with you my Geek squad service. I have a Whirlpool washing machine for 1-1/2 years. I have an extended warranty. I have had the repair guys come 6 times in the past 4 months. No one can fix this machine. Now it is broken to the point the tech said it was beyond repair due to cost factors. I called geek squad to find out they still are ordering parts to try to repair it. That is unacceptable. I can't keep taking off to get this thing fixed. I spent $1,000 on this machine. It might not be much to you but it is to me. I have spent over 50k in Best Buy as a customer. I am loyal because I like the company. This is the beyond crazy. I should have techs over so many times. Please help me get this repaired.
