Israel sent a message to Hubert Joly President and CEO, Best Buy – email address that said:
Hello Mr. Joly,
I purchased the best Panasonic flat screen tv you sold 3.5 years ago. For over $7,000 I believe. The main pc board needs to be replaced. Geek Squad attempted to purchase but they say they it's out of stock and no longer available. Panasonic says they have plenty in stock. I'm sure you expect better from your team. The idea of customer buying a big ticket item and not being repair it within 3.5 years seems ludicrous. I could understand if this was a $100 item.
Please let me know your thoughts.
