Hello, Mr Joyce, I hope you are well, I am sending you this email to let you know about the troubles I have had with my booking reference 2dqrin to Aukland new Zealand. Having flown with Quantas before and had excellent service I had no qualms about booking with them again, however I have nothing but problems! , my flight has been changed a total of five times now the latest this morning telling me I now have a four hour wait in Sydney airport instead of a one and a half hour stay, this is on top of my flight being changed from 0800 to 20.35, my extra legroom seats being changed to only one extra legroom and one normal, my itinerary changing from two stops to three and then back to two again! I cannot believe that this is the way your airline normally treats its customers, and I thought I would email you to let you know that this sort of thing is happening, I appreciate that you are a very busy man but I would be grateful if you could just look into the reasons behind so many changes being made.
