Hello Mr. Karam, my name is Kenneth and I'd like to make you aware of an encounter that me and my fiancé had at one of your locations yesterday, the location that I want to file a formal complaint about is the Santa Monica location, it's store . This was my first time at this location but I always visit your locations in Lakewood and Cerritos CA, and it was the first time that my fiancé has eaten anything at Sbarro's, she ordered Spinach Stromboli and she really enjoyed it and I'd like to bring her again to Sbarro's to get another one when we're near one of your locations again. The situation that I wanted to make you aware of is on 5/21/16 at 1:46pm we ordered $26 worth of food and when I went to get my soda refilled the cashier rudely rolled her eyes at us and asked another customer that came up to the counter after us if she needed help and proceeded to help her and then she hand gestured us kind of how you would do to get a pet dog to fetch a bone, and then she rudely snatched the cup from me and slammed the soda on the counter, spilling the soda and didnt even offer to wipe the cup where the soda spilled at, now I don't want to believe that your establishment train your employees to treat some customers with respect and treat others like crap, I didnt make a fuss at the time because I don't want to cause a scene because it was extremely busy and I understand that but what I'm trying to say is that is not what she did but how she did it and she seemed rather annoyed just because I wanted to get a refill. Me and my fiancé didnt appreciate her condescending attitude or approach that she took with us and I want her reprimanded, I always eat at Sbarro\s at every opportunity I get and I want to introduce my fiancé to Sbarros food, but her was first impression of Sbarros was a poor impression, I hope that you reach out to the crew at Santa Monica because when I called to speak to the manager about this incident the employee that answered the phone told me that he was too busy to talk to me and that Id have to call back later, I dont like feeling like Im being brushed off and thats the way I felt yesterday, I dont want to believe that youre going to let this fall on deaf ears or a blind eye so I hope to hear back from you, by the way the rude girl at the registers name was either Vana Or a name that starts with a V and the phone number to this location is the first waiter named Esmeralda was friendly and Im not complaining about her but the girl whose name starts with a V or Vana she needs to go to some customer service training if not fired, because if she treated me like this, I could imagine how many others she did this to also.
