Hello Mr. Kazuo Hirai.
I am writing from Turkey. Sony fan myself. I have just received a new Sony Xperia Z5 my phone malfunctioned. I sent to the service. It was 61 days. The phone is waiting to be replaced with new ones. I called Sony Turkey 's many times. Repatriate happened. Also not interested. I do not understand this to be irrelevant as a global brand like Sony. Obviously I regret that I received Z5. Please intervene in this situation as soon as possible.
