My name is Keonna and I was booked to fly with Southwest when you guys had the widespread technology outage. My sister Kendra and I was sent a message from you to fly at 50% off our next flight within a specified time. We were not able to take advantage of that We are planning to travel April 5 2017 -April 10, 2017. I would greatly appreciate if this offer could be extended to us for travel on these dates.
