My apologies for reaching out to your directly no one can help my through regular customer service regarding my tech inquiry regarding assisting with purchasing new Note 7 in North America. I want to purchase it from the Samsung web site but no one can help with with the different model numbers as i use both Verizon and AT@T in US. can someone help me over 20K of Samsung products over the last few years and love your brand.
