Hello Mr. Lampert, im disgusted with customer service from Sears and a third party i – Edward Lampert email address

Hello Mr. Lampert, im disgusted with customer service from Sears and a third party i have had to deal with. I ordered two dresses from a third party company. one dress is totally the wrong dress and the other dress is cheap! material and not a true color of white as it showed on line it fits horrible. ive been thru numerous phone calls with sears and emails trying to contact this third party comp. the third party company is made2envy. i had to pay out of my pocket to send them back to made2envy certified mail. its been a month that i sent them back and i still dont have a refund nor have i heard anything from the company. made2envy is crooks. sears tells me in no way can they help me with the refund because its a third party. Mr. Lampert please help me with my situation i take medication for anxiety and this has taken me over the top. . i am so done with this situation. this gives sears a very
bad name. -priscilla
