I just need to bring under your notice that 2nd November 2017 when my mobile was under charging suddenly there was some spark the battery came out , it was so dangerous that within a second my entire surrounding started smelling.
I have wrote email , went to gallery but unfortunately I didnt received any one support , I somehow manage to found your email id. I need you help on this matter
I seriously do not want to lengthen the email and request you to please replace my mobile with a new hand set, since it is a genuine case.
