Sue sent a message to Leslie Moonves President and CEO, CBS Corporation – email address that said:
Hello Mr. Leslie Moonves,
" It may not be good for America, but it's damn good for CBS".... such statements and actions
are such an embarrassment... the rich get richer in monetary areas, how can you and fellow executives
watch the "news" and not have compassion and concern for others?
Perhaps all that extra money could be used to stop homelessness in a some states and since you could get excellent coverage on CBS, this could set an example so others with the same power and money earned at the expense of the American people could be a people who actually make a difference. Perhaps then you and your peers may enjoy your privileged lifestyle with peace of mind.
I only chose homelessness, but as you well know there are MANY areas that need financial attention...surprise the American people and choose more than one.
