Hello Mr. Lundgren,
I saw on Today show that Macy's will be closing some stores this year. Recently, one of your nice customer sales people asked if I would like to apply for a credit card, which I did. I have a credit score of 735 which I have tried to be careful with my credit score. Macy's gave me a credit line of $1000 and the very first payment I was 1 day late and Macy's cut my credit line to $250. I called and spoke to the credit department and they still would not forgive the 1 late payment. I have not shopped there since. I am sure you are not aware of the cold policy. Every card I have has raised my credit line this year, except for Macy's.
