Keith sent a message to James J. Murren – Chairman and CEO of MGM Resorts International – Email Address that said:
Hello Mr M. I recently was a part of the war in Iraq...actually desert storm also and was thoroughly displeased with the attitude and unconcern to help a veteran reconnect with his family. Your new casino in D.C. was a place where we inquired but the management had no compassion to even work with me on price that was reasonable for a weekend stay. They have no idea what we've been through and sacrifice ourselves for the luxury they and you sir...have. In Vegas it was reasonable. So why change? I guess only when the price suits the mood its HIGH END. That's not fair to people who have paid the price. Thank you for your service is not even genuine anymore but merely a cliché as such. No compassion behind it. Its suppose to be politically correct. Not so. Tell that to a vet who can't even get up and travel to one of your hotels with his family. Yet...you wouldn't even give him a discount either. So if you don't respond to this like I expect...don't feel bad. We as vets will overcome and this to will soon..shall pass. I'll even give you my number. Not it will make a difference.
