megan sent a message to Kevin Mansell Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Kohl's Corporation Email Address that said:
Hello Mr Mansell,
My name is Megan and I have been a Kohl's charge card account holder since 2006. I have missed a payment for January as I was laid off in December on the 14th of 2015 and was waiting on my unemployment to come in and it did not so I missed Januarys payment of 33.00 which I apologize for. I have a currant bill of 1,349.48 and for February made a payment of $50.00 thinking that should cover everything. Well my bill is now up to $124.00 (I did not get a bill for February either) and I would like to know why your late fees and service fees cannot be waived to reduce my bill so I can afford to make this payment? Any of my other accounts do as a courtesy and offer an immediate credit to help the customer pay the bill. Not so for Kohl's. I obviously love Kohl's, look how much I spend please. I in past years regularly pay off the charge and start over. I hate it that I have had to make so many calls and beg for help and have received none. I will boycott Kohl's now and tell anyone I can about this treatment. As well your so called you 2 accounts never did anything for me I spent allot last fall and didn't receive any credit on that model either. I have lived in Menominee and went to school in Eau Claire. This is not right and make me very upset. Sorry to bother you have a nice day. I figure if I have to be unhappy so you because none of your policy's enable your staff to make me happy. By the way thanks for the gold card thanking me years ago for the $800. dollar purchase I made in one day at Kohl's. Your welcome.
