Hello Mr. Marchionne, my name is Dana and I have four little boys. I purchased a Chrysler town and country 3 years ago, slightly used at the time it is a 2010. I have been having a problem for the last 8 months that for some reason it just won't start sometimes, I had two new starters put in a new battery, it still does it. I am getting caught with a car that won't start far away from home, it is at the Johnson Dodge dealership in Mt Olive NJ, they keep telling me that they get it running fine but I explained it is intermittent problem. Last year they recalled car for a new key for the ignition recall I think that might have messed with the ignition or something? They want me to come get the car but I really am praying that they will fix this. If you can help in anyway I would appreciate it. Every time I have to run my boys to the dealership it takes away from there summer, and it endangers us when car won't start. So sorry to bother you, just don't know where to turn.
