Hello Mr. McMillon,
I wanted to inform you of some issues you may or may not be aware of. Your management team is making threats toward store managers regarding the future of their employment at walmart. These threats do not make for pleasent interactions with my managment team. I don't need a manager that is tip toeing around thinking that every little thing they do is going to get them fired; I need a manager that is confident that I can talk to so I can get my job done. This is not the action of a leader, this is what a bully would do. Four years in the army and 27 months in combat and I knew what a leader was. Sure there ould be agressive conversations with my Sergeants but they were motivational in nature. I dint live in fear of what they would do to me if I failed; I live in fear of letting them down. What you have underneath you are far from leaders. A leader is someone that you should strive to be like, not someone that you should fear. The people under you should want to take the fall for you and vice versa. I have had pleanty of managers during my career at walmart but I've on had two leaders; I would have done anything for that store manager and assistant manager (I apologize for the ambiguity, but retaliation is still quite alive in Walmart. I don't think you are the issue; it's Dacona Smith and others). I'm going off on a tangent; anyway, I'm askimg that you deal with this sort of "leadership" so that Walmart feels less like a labor camp and more like a family. Thank you for your time.
