Hello Mr McMillon,
Once again, if find having trouble with your store on 2nd street Reno
I contacted customer support a couple of days ago, asking if I could return a birthday present that I received which I already have a 12qt brentwood blender red with plastic jar. I asked the gentleman on the phone if I could exchange it for another item. He asked me my name and told me that I can return it to any store and that they would exchange it for you.
The gentleman also told me if I have any problems in returning it to have the store call customer service.
On Tuesday 1-3-2017 I went to your 2nd street store in Reno and tried to exchange the blender with another item.
The clerk was nice but the gal in yellow was rude and told me that I could not exchange it at their store and that I would have to find another walmart who would take it.
I even showed them and another yellow jacket by the name of Sarah the on line item on your site, and still I was told by her that if she could not scan the item into her computer that I would have to seek another walmart who could take the item.
This is really bad business on your stores, bad service, and product misrepresentation.
I am really sorry to see how this store is so empty and shelfs trashed.
I wish you would redue this store and put a manager and assistant managers in it that care about the people and not just their jobs.
I have also found rotten fruit being sold in this store. I have brought it up to the asst manager who said that he would take care of it. Well I returned in about four days to buy more items and found the same fruit rotting in the same bin.
This store needs alot of help.
