Troy sent a message to James E. Meyer CEO, Sirius XM Radio Inc. – email address that said:
Hello Mr. Meyer,
I have just spent over an hour trying to give you more money, with no luck! I have had your service going on 10 years and currently have the "Lifetime Plan" for the ESN/Radio ending in 5030.
I have a home office in which background music is important to me. I currently have the Pandora Premium service and was looking to upgrade my Internet Radio service with you because I like the channel selections better.
I presently have the basic Internet Radio. But, I saw on my Online Account Center, that I could upgrade to the PREMIUM SiriusXM Internet Radio for $4.00 per month.
Easier said than done! I went to the drop down "I want to..." and clicked on the "Upgrade to Premium SiriusXM Internet Radio". That resulted in being taken to a page that stated "Bummer. A technical error occurred and we're working on resolving it. Until then, you can chat online with an agent or call listener care FREE. Thanks for understanding."
Well, I tried "Chatting" with 2 different online agents and go nowhere. They kept saying I would lose my lifetime plan if I changed this Internet Radio to the Premium Service? I also tried calling the customer care phone number and got the same grey-area answer that she was not really sure about. Can you have someone contact me and help me set up the PREMIUM Internet Radio service so I can enjoy the same music I do in my car in my home office?
Thank you,
Troy
