Hello Mr. Michael L. Corbat My name is Riccardo and I was recently denied a Citi bank simplicity credit card the one with the 0% interest Balance Transfer for 21 months. I have spoke to customer service representatives and also the Citi reconsideration account reps. I have had no help whatsoever. I am writing you to ensure I get the help and approval that I think I deserve and shouldn't have been denied. I am very frustrated that the only reason they said I have been denied is because I have had a bankruptcy on a credit report 6 or 7 years ago. I have no collection accounts on my file nor did I ever had a Citi Credit card in my life. I am an authorize user on a Citi card with my wife for 3 years in which I paid the whole balance off recently. Please Can you help as I have not gotten help from any of your customer service reps or reconsideration account reps at all. I can be reached anytime. Please leave a message If I can't answer right away and I will call you back as soon as I can. Looking forward to hearing from you and getting this concern resolved as soon as possible as I will be utilizing this card as soon as I am approved. Thank You
