Hello, Mr. Michael O'Leary,
I recently was on the return leg of a flight from Shannon to Berlin. The reason I'm contacting you is that I was wondering how you came to the figure 15 euro for printing out a boarding pass when you can get one printed out at a print shop for 20 cents.
Also I wanted to recommend that Linda at the help desk in Shannon Airport get a raise. She has a great way about her in settling down people who get financially punished for not following arbitrary rules. She did a great job in defending the company even if there was no provable way that the fees were justifiable for the service provided.

P.S. It would also be nice if your staff would give some recognition to the islands over 3000-year-old language -- Irish.
