Boss. It was touching. Almost made me want to get direct tv again. I became displeased with your service because I had the 49.99 plan and my bill would be a different amount each month, up to 156.00. They would add package deals to my plan without acking me and charge me for it. I never got satisfaction and cancelled the service. I had a dvr box. I called and told them I had a hard time recording. I was told just because you are paying for the box you will have to pay again for us to send a signal to the box. I had a bad experience with Directtv. Now you all are charging me stii all this money. I would like to clear this matter. Get it off my credit report. Sincerely, Jan
