Hello Mr Miller my name is Jim and I have received possibly the worst customer service experience i have ever had. It happened when looking at purchasing a new home in Rancho Cordova California from your rep Chad. He treated us I mean my group one of my customer were i work there son and the sons 2 co-workers we all purchased from Meritage homes instead. He was curt rude and acted we were all bothering him, when we left we were just astounded that he was in the position he is in. Not good for your company you have a great product but people still need to like the people they are doing buisness with and your company just lost 5 new sales. I'm in customer service and this just bothered me so much I had to take the time to let you know. Jim
