Hello Mr. Nassetta,
I am writing to you today about the new self parking charges that you instituted at the Embassy Suites
As a Hilton Honors reward member, I find this to be deplorable that Hilton would resort to money grubbing the guests in this fashion. Why would it be that hotel and not the whole chain of Hilton hotels ? I have stayed at this Embassy hotel in the past and enjoyed parking my car with NO CHARGE. I did book your hotel for my up coming visit in March 2017. Hopefully you and Hilton will rethink your position on self parking charges.
