The Dunkin Donuts location we visited is on Army Trail Road (2130 Bloomingdale Rd, Glendale Heights, IL 60139) at 8:30 PM CST on Saturday March 10, 2018. When we tried ordering a box of assorted dozen donuts politely, Dunkin Donuts employee brashly questioned our order, as if she were too lazy to assemble an assorted box of dozen donuts instead of handing us a pre-assembled dozen box. Needless to say, we left immediately as we felt repulsed by her impolite remarks. I tried calling this same location an hour-and-a-half later to inquire about their menu, but was again greeted with a rude employee.
We still wanted Dunkin Donuts, so we had to drive a few miles away to the nearest Dunkin Donuts location which wasted our time, but at least we were able to purchase great doughnuts from a very pleasant and friendly employee at the Carol Stream, IL location.
Needless to say, this experience ruined our night out. This is unlike any other experience weve had with Dunkin Donuts since this company typically delivers a positive, outstanding experience with well-mannered employees.
It is quite obvious that terrible experiences at this brand-new location in Glendale Heights have occurred to others as well, not just us. Here is a link to the poor reviews on Google, which has a 1.6 / 5 star rating for it:

Could you please investigate this location and train your employees to respectfully interact with your valued customers? That would make the experience much more enjoyable and more consistent with Dunkin Donuts excellent service.
