Hello Mr. Norcross,
I need your help. Your company has misplaced a $2000.00 payment I made to the IRS through Pay1040.com. I've done research and see that this is a common occurrence.
I've contact Pay1040 and they confirm that I made the payment to them but the IRS has not received it. Can you please help me?
My only other recourse is to ask my lawyer to look into my options, contact my Senator and Congressmen to ask the IRS to stop using your service, and to let other people know this is a possibility they should consider before they use your service.
