Alan sent a message to Michael O’Leary – CEO, Ryanair – Email Address that said:
Hello Mr O'Leary
Thank you for your letter dated 17/6/2013 about the delay to our flight to Alicante on 29/2/2016. In your letter you claim that the delay to the flight was 38 minutes and that therefore no compensation is due.
I have a picture of the arrivals board at Alicante on the date in question (1/3/2016 as the flight landed on the day following take-off) which clearly shows that the flight was delayed by at least 3 hours and 15 minutes. This period of time is in excess of the 180 minute cut-off that you mentioned in your letter and I therefore look forward receiving compensation for the two tickets I bought for this flight.
I would attach the picture but I cannot find a way to do that using this contact method. Please contact me if you want me to send you the picture.
