I recently sent a question to your customer services by email but it seems I have to wait 7days for a reply, can you help? Last Thursday a tragic family were in the national press and on BBC Victoria Derbyshire programme. The are from Skelmersdale. The jist of it is they are a young family with 3 children aged 8 12 and 14, all the children have mitochondrial disease, it's incurable and means they will all die in their teens. My wife and I were greatly affected by this and got in touch with them and offered them a holiday in Portugal. Holidays are one of the only means of escape from their horrible situation. We are now looking to see if we can get from Liverpool to Faro, to send them on their way. help by way of complimentary or discounted flights 7 days is too long to wait for an answer and I wonder if you can please help.
