Hello Mr Post, I am contacting you today because My internet had been unstable, shoddy and just downright unreliable. I havent been able to use it steadily for more than 20 minutes at a time and even then its a stretch, all of your representatives in my area of Mountain City TN are just giving me the run around, Nothing had happened and nothing has been done to alleviate my problem. I got told my line was in optimization mode and that I would have to wait a week. Im not being unreasonable, or rude. I just want what I pay for, stable reliable internet service.
