We are both in the business of connecting people, you achieve this through telecommunications and I do it through networking the media industry for the state of Oregon as a non-profit.
I'm seeking your help to mitigate a problem that a supervisor in your Phoenix call-center could not handle and I was advised to contact an attorney. Surprised by both the rude behavior of one supervisor and the second supervisor recommending legal action, over a $416 query, I curious if this is your standard business practice?
I certainly hope that you care enough to think about policies for non-profits and the need to terminate a contract due to financial hardship. I sincerely hope that other non-profits do not have to experience this kind of treatment from Century Link.
