Hello Mr. Raines,
I recently made an online purchase, a PlayStation 4 which included an added game for free. When I hit approve to place the order the total changed to a higher price. I contacted customer service, and they told me I was charged correctly, which just makes me feel like it was some sort of bait and switch to get money from people who may not have noticed the change in the dollar amount. I will continue to contact customer service to get this resolved, but I wanted to make sure you are aware this is being done. I was happy with my purchase, but now I may want my money back because I am very disappointed. Any help you are able to give would be appreciated in getting this resolved.
