Hello Mr. Richard Fairbank. First I want you to know that the Dept. in Auto Finance did a settlement with me December 15,2015 through February 20,2016 . And I did it so faith my last payment I made was on February 12. 2016. I pay every month $334.97 until I pay it off. Now they sending my paperwork over to another Dept and I'm very up-set because we may a agreement (settlement) and I was very faithful to ya'll. I ask the representation to send me a copy once I make my last payment on the settlement and I have not receive it yet. And this is don't fair to me and I was good to ya'll. I feel like I'm not getting treat fair. Can you please help me out please Mr. Fairbank if I had your fax number I would so you the agreement we made.
