Hello Mr.Rogers,
I had the pleasure of working with Sun Trust Mortgage Correspondent Department in Glen Allen, Virginia. I loved the work that I did for the company but I left this past April due to discrimination in the work place. An HR investigation did take place (evidence/ witnesses provided), causing my team lead to be fired. I am reaching out to you because I felt there were several people involved with favoritism and racial issues in the work place. Till this day the nigger (excuse my language) comments, still linger on my mind. I hope your company learns to treat people fairly, since racism was an issue before, beyond employee. For regardless of the color of someone’s skin, they are still a human being with rights. I came in to work every day and put in my best efforts to be belittled on multiple occasions. In the end justice will always prevail.
