Hello Mr. Rusckowski,
I have been trying to reach you regarding a complaint I have, and an injury I sustained that was caused by one of your phlebotomists. I have spoken to, and left messages for, and sent e-mails to numerous members of your management teams. They have ignored me, are not responsing to my complaint, and are not returning my calls. Your staff is inefficient and negligent. Please contact me as soon as possible, or I will be forced to contact the NYS department of Health. I can inform you of dates and names of managers I spoke with over the last 3 weeks.
