Hello Mr. Russell,
I am writing to you regarding a fire and safety hazard with a Consumers Energy utility pole. The pole is rotted and leaning, the electrical wire are dropping at 16 feet above the road. An "emergency" repair was filed last summer by Charter, after the cables were ripped out by trucks, along with other repair orders from Consumers line men. On 2 occasions last summer, trucks took down the dropping wires, ripped them out of the transformer causing sparking road closings. This is a fire safety hazard and I have been waiting for 2 years to have Consumers replace this pole. I am terrified that these wires will be ripped out of the transformer again, cause sparking, and lose my home to fire! Thank you for your time.
