Hello Mr Rutledge,
I signed up for Charter Spectrum July 13th of this year. I was told by the installer that there was no access cable line, so they would have to send someone else out to run a line. On July 20th the installers for running the line came out and also said there was on access and would need permission from the city (Rancho Cucamonga) before installation could being. So between then and now, I have contacted Charter at least 4 to 5 times to check b on the progress of my install. I got no definitive answers, always we're still waiting on approval.
Meanwhile I get a new Neighbord nextdoor, which moved in August 12th. On Monday August 15th Charter came out to install their service. I went out to inquire about my service, they had no idea, they were there for my neighbors. They ran into a problem and left. So today August 22nd Charters contractor's are back, again I went out to ask about my service, and again they were there for my Neighbors, I asked them if they could call and check on my service since they where already digging up my yard. So they did, and got permission to install my cable line as well.
I am a very unhappy customer, no one from the company reached out to in anyway to assure my service, so now after ALL my efforts, my install is set up for Monday August 29th. I just hope everything goes as planned, I've stated that I'd like to keep my same phone number that I've had for 26 years, and if there was a manute possibility that my number would have to chanfe
