Hello Mr. Rutledge,

My husband and I have been Brighthouse and now Spectrum customers since 2010 and have enjoyed the services, especially the start over feature. My husband and I noticed that since Spectrum is now servicing our area Poinciana, FL 34759, the amount of stations that have start over has decreased. We used to be able to start over our area channels 10,12, 32, 34, and 48. These channels no longer have start over. Were old and cannot get to the TV shows as quickly as we once could. Nothing is worse that missing the first couple of minutes of a show especially if it is a drama!
We were wondering if you would be willing to investigate this issue not only for my husband and I, but Spectrums TV customers.
Anything you can do to assist us would be greatly appreciated.
