This is a letter of complaint regarding your new remote that I received to use with your new digital box. This is the cheapest remote Ive even seen. My old remote which is 5 years old, was able to scan and pick out only the channels I was entitled to receive but this new remote simply cant do that, which means I will have to manually go through hundreds of channels and delete the ones I dont have in my TV package, this is crazy it will take me forever doing one at a time, I cant believe that my old remote is smarter then this new one is. Please consider getting a fully working top quality remote instead of this hunk of junk. I know that the rest of your customers are going to feel the same way. You have upped most of the charges, and then taken away channels that we previously had and given us a piece of crap remote, REALLY? Is this how your company operates, plain ridiculous. You are going to lose business if you dont do anything about this problem. It should NOT be like this. We are paying top dollar, and the services and products should be top dollar also. Thank you
