Hello Mr Schulman I am writing to you because as a customer of over 10 years with excellent payment history with you I am very disappointment in the customer service I got today. I emailed my complaint yesterday and today I got a generic response that had nothing to do with my question. It was just an email with a bunch of links to issues that were not my issue. Long Story short I spoke with your Rep Porsha today who assured me my issue would be resolved today within 30 min. I asked her to please note the account in case it didn't work. Guess what sure enough it didn't work and I had to call back. I have now been on this call over 45 min to get my issues resolved only to be told that what Porsha said was wrong and there is no way to resolve my issue. I work for Southern California Edison as a customer service manager and know there is rarely an issue that cant be resolved. My brother who is also a long time paypal customer with over 100,000 dollars in transactions each year will also boycott your company if this cant be resolved. The issue in a nutshell is my bank made an error on an instant transfer and now they are telling me I cant ever get my instant transfer back again. What type of service is this. I told Porsha that my bank can provide me a letter showing the error was not my fault but a bank error. Doesn't the 100s of transaction I have made over 11 years count for anything ??? The real reason I am so livid is the wrong information Porsha provided. me. Please listen to the call. Why would she lie? I am on hold now to speak with a manager since the 4 prior people couldn't help me . Please call or email me . I will have everyone I know boycott your company and tell my story to social media and anyone who will listen. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
