Hello Mr Schulman,I live in Liverpool UK [Beatles Land],you may have heard of them?]....However I purchased an iphone from Tradeworks International on ebay on 1st December 2015...through Pay-Pal,the price was £260,and all went reasonably well,posting and transaction..However after numerous emails and calls to ebay,my card supplier RBS,and this morning to Lauren.[she,s a diamond don,t get rid of her] I am told there is no Chargeback from you,because of a 180 day period....at this moment I do not feel very pleased with Pay-Pal..The phone is supposed to be state of the art,but will not switch on.Apple here in Liverpool state is nearly 3 years old and not brand new.I am left with a block of metal,and £260 poorer...Can you get involved and help?...I am now retired from my own company,and if there was EVER any problem with ANY of my customers,I bent over backwards to help and refund if required...Please can you help?..I await your reply,kind regards Howie
