Angela sent a message to Dan Schulman – President and CEO of PayPal – Email Address that said:
Hello Mr. Schulman:
My name is Angela. The reason for this email is because I have some unresolved issues with your company for which I have called several times to resolve it to no avail.
I have had an account with you for a few years, I have a credit line of $ 4300.00 for which I can not use a penny of it, because apparently it has been blocked.
I do not owe you a cent, however, every time I attempt to make a purchase it denies me, I have called in the last month along three times spoken to different people they tell me they do not see anything wrong. Yet, I tried making a purchase on Ebay, all denied. Now, I do not need to make these purchases with your company I thankfully have good credit and I have Visa, Master Cards, and Discovery cards in my possession. But, if I have done nothing wrong and I have the account, it should only be fair that for security reason I would be able to make my purchases through you.
I would really appreciate if you can look into this, if it is an issue that cannot be resolve I kindly ask you to cancel the account that I have no use for.
Sincerely,
Angela
