Hello Mr. Sorenson,
My husband and I have been Vacation Club owners for 10 years with Marriott, which we have paid off, we also bought 2 extra days through a presentation which I feel we were mislead.
We now have a hardship with my husband becoming disabled and not being able to work and at the same time myself being laid off.
We are finding it financially difficult to afford our payments for the 2 days and really do not want to default on it.
I would like to see if there could be a "Hardship" exception that may pertain to our situation. We are not looking for any money just want to get out of the agreement due to the above circumstances.
Our reason for choosing Marriott was due to your reputation at being very fair and customer oriented. Thus far, we have not found that to be the case.
Your consideration would be greatly appreciated and we need your help.
