My wife and I are avid shoppers at your store in Frisco (Stonebriar mall). You have excellent product available, but the management is abysmal. We have mentioned these issues to many employees, but it has fallen on deaf ears. We have been shopping there for many years and it has only gotten worse. Filthy carpet (rarely vaccumed) large and many stains on the carpets. Disturbing fitting rooms (burned out lights, exposed wiring, EXTREME dust). I assume that you would want this better managed since you are the CEO. Please Email back, I have plenty pictures.
