Hello Mr. Stack Im contacting you due to poor customer service from your location in Dayton ohio on Miamisburg Centerville road. there has been several incidents the first was in November 2017 on veterans day I went into the store to purchase boots and no one assisted me for 30 minutes . In January 2018 I went to purchase some insulated boots there were 4 employees at the front counter I stood there for about 5 minutes before I was aknowledge then I told the employees I needed a good pair of boots and they pointed toward a young man further down in the store refusing to help me. I then approached the gentleman and he referred me to another store sating that Dicks do not carry insulated boots. I told the employee that I saw a pair online and he ignored me and walked away. As I exited the store the four employees near the register referred me to another store also. Please better train your staff either they are racist or they just dont care.
