After reading your bio online, I was impressed and thought you would be a good person to contact.
I am a 67 year old retired woman have been insured with the Hartford since 2001. I have always been pleased with the service I received. Recently, however, my experience with the company has been totally different. A few months ago I filed a loss assessment claim that I feel is not being handled fairly properly. I have been lied to, harassed and misled.
I would greatly appreciate an opportunity to discuss this situation with you in hopes that this matter can get resolved.
