Hello Mr Thompson my name is Harriet Kariuki Iam based in UK and I'am an online seller who has been trading for over a year through trading using your PayPal services which I greatly love. However I have encountered an issue whereby my account has been limited which means I can no longer trade in the platform that I do which is ebay. I'am so disheartened as I don't know where to turn as this is my only income and have 2 little children to feed as a single mum. Selling online has brought me out of depression an anxiety and I would hate to go back to that place. I have provided all the information requested but have had no reply. So I am left with no choice but to contact you. I really hope you could kindly help me out of this situation and have my PayPal reinstated back. I would also appreciate to know the reasons for this limitation so I do not make the same mistakes again. So please I'am begging you to please help me. Sorry for the long message.
