Hello Mr. White,
I am writing you because I have received a bill from your company but I am not a customer. I have never had directv. I have called and talked with a person in customer service name Micheal He inform me that someone would contact me in seven days to do an investigation. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was left on hold for 20 minutes. Then I talked with a supervisor who told me that I would have to talk to the fraud department. I talked with someone who asked me for the last 4 digit of my social number. I refused to give my number so he stated i would have to talk with customer service again. He transfer me to customer service and the call was lost. I have never had service with your company . I need this bill removed from my name. I am writing you to get some assisted. I look forward to your response.
