Hello Mr.Yanagi my name is John florer and I too am a huge supporter for Yamaha and it is also my passion. Unfortunately I have come to you to inform you my issues with a Yamaha dealership. They told me the motorcycle would be ready in 2-3 weeks and it has been a month and one week. As of today they have told me to take it to someone else and to pay the full price for repairs that were unecessary (the bike still does not run). This is not the Yamaha that I know, I know your company is much better than this so I thought Id inform you of my experience.
