Hello Mrs. Fraser,
My husband, Bob, and I have been approved for a new home loan however we have been in limbo re: closing for 3 weeks. Our money is waiting in escrow, builder and city have approved the house. The problem: your underwriter's have requested, but not received one item from the HOA's current management team. Our HOA dues are $146/year.
Citi is losing money, our $100,000 is waiting, and the builder is out of pocket $600/month due to a two-person inconsequential management company.
It is inconceivable that Citi Mortgage cannot close this deal now. We have been in contact with your employees both by phone and email to solve this problem, however we need someone to press the go button. Would you please help us all.
